Please note that refunds are only offered to customers that have received wrong or damaged items. If that is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong or damaged items and solve your issue as soon as possible.
As every store item is made to order, we can’t currently offer exchanges. However, if you have any issue with your order, please email email@example.com and will investigate on your behalf!
